Xenos Account and Data Deletion

Overview

Xenos is published by Ghost Signal Studio.

Xenos does not currently create a separate Ghost Signal Studio or Xenos account. Xenos may use external sign-in to connect users to supported remote play services.

Delete Local App Data

Most Xenos configuration data is stored locally on your device.

1. Open Android Settings.
2. Go to Apps.
3. Select Xenos.
4. Choose Storage.
5. Tap Clear storage or Clear data.

You may also delete local Xenos data by uninstalling the app.

Revoke Third-Party Access

If you authenticated with a third-party service, you may revoke Xenos access through that service’s account security, privacy, or connected apps settings.

Xenos cannot delete third-party accounts, cloud gaming accounts, console accounts, subscriptions, purchases, achievements, game saves, or game data controlled by external providers. To delete those accounts or data, contact the relevant provider directly.

Request Deletion of Xenos-Associated Data

To request deletion of Xenos-associated data, email Ghost Signal Studio at support@ghostsignalstudio.dev.

Use the subject line: Xenos Data Deletion Request.

Please include any relevant information that can help us locate your request, such as the email address you used to contact support or details about the diagnostic or support request.

Ghost Signal Studio will delete or anonymize Xenos-associated support, diagnostic, crash, analytics, and app-related records where technically possible and legally permitted.

Data We May Keep

Some records may be retained when necessary for:

• security
• fraud prevention
• legal obligations
• tax or financial records
• dispute resolution
• abuse prevention
• compliance requirements

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required for one of the reasons listed above.
