Introduction

These Terms & Disclaimer explain the rules, limitations, and legal notices that apply when you use Xenos.

By using Xenos, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of Xenos

Xenos is a premium Android utility client designed to support remote play workflows, controller-first navigation, visual tuning, diagnostics, and stream-session quality.

You may use Xenos only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, platform rules, service terms, and device requirements.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Xenos, the accounts you connect, the devices you use, your network environment, and your compliance with any third-party service terms that apply to your remote play or streaming session.

You are also responsible for keeping your device, accounts, network, and sign-in credentials secure.

Third-Party Services and Accounts

Xenos may allow you to connect to or interact with third-party services, accounts, devices, or streaming systems.

Those third-party services are controlled by their respective owners, not Ghost Signal Studio. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service’s own terms, privacy policy, account rules, technical requirements, and availability.

Authentication and Access

Some Xenos features may require authentication with a supported third-party service.

Xenos does not collect or store your account password. Sign-in should happen through the official authentication flow for the service you are connecting to. You should never enter your credentials into anything that does not look like the official sign-in page for the service you are using.

Ghost Signal Studio does not control third-party authentication systems and cannot guarantee that third-party sign-in, account access, or service availability will always work.

No Circumvention or Unauthorized Access

Xenos is not designed to bypass digital rights management, access restrictions, subscriptions, service rules, account requirements, regional restrictions, or platform security controls.

You may not use Xenos to gain unauthorized access to any account, device, service, game, content, network, or system. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Xenos complies with all applicable laws and third-party service terms.

Streaming and Network Performance

Remote play and streaming quality may depend on your device, controller, network connection, router, account status, service availability, geographic location, third-party platform behavior, and other conditions outside Ghost Signal Studio’s control.

Xenos may provide settings, diagnostics, rendering options, and troubleshooting tools, but Ghost Signal Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, zero latency, specific image quality, controller compatibility, or compatibility with every device, service, network, or account configuration.

App Availability and Changes

Ghost Signal Studio may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features of Xenos at any time.

Features may change based on technical requirements, platform rules, third-party service behavior, security needs, compatibility issues, or product direction.

Purchases and Refunds

Xenos is a premium paid Android app.

Purchases, billing, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes are handled through the store or platform where Xenos was purchased. Ghost Signal Studio does not control third-party store refund systems.

Intellectual Property

Xenos, the Xenos name, Ghost Signal Studio branding, app interface elements, original text, visual identity, and related materials are owned by Ghost Signal Studio or its licensors.

Microsoft, Xbox, Xbox Game Pass, Android, Google Play, and other names, logos, products, or services referenced in connection with Xenos are trademarks or property of their respective owners.

Reference to third-party names or services does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval.

No Warranty

Xenos is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Signal Studio makes no warranties or guarantees regarding app availability, performance, compatibility, streaming quality, uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, third-party service access, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Signal Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Xenos.

Ghost Signal Studio is not responsible for third-party service outages, account restrictions, network issues, device issues, controller compatibility problems, lost access to third-party services, or changes made by third-party platforms.

Termination

Ghost Signal Studio may suspend or discontinue access to Xenos features if required by law, security needs, platform requirements, abuse prevention, technical limitations, or violation of these terms.

You may stop using Xenos at any time by uninstalling the app.

Changes to These Terms

Ghost Signal Studio may update these Terms & Disclaimer from time to time. When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of Xenos after changes to these terms means you accept the updated terms.
